Batch systems 

The GS batch systems comprises a line of durable, quality machines designed to avoid thermal or mechanical damage to your product. The GS batch systems offer low waste and quick change over from one recipe to another due to minimal product volume in the batch system and short cleaning time. The batch systems are designed for the production of mayonnaise, dressings, ketchup, dips and sauces in small capacities.

 
EBS

Emulsifying batch system (EBS)

The EBS units are suitable for both hot and cold processing for the production of mayonnaise and dressing. The internal high shear mixer ensures stable emulsion in a very short time.
