Emulsifying equipment

The GS emulsifying machine EM and the emulsifying system ERS combine the pre-emulsification and the high shear process in one. The continuous shearing of the product results in a homogeneous distribution of oil and water drops and, consequently, you will obtain the desired viscosity. In order to manufacture fine food products with ingredients containing particles, a mixer can be used in connection with the emulsifying machine. The mixer is used to apply a gentle mixing of the product (whereby the particles are mixed into the product).

With the GS emulsifying equipment the production costs can be kept at a minimum as the equipment is easy to operate and takes up very little floor space

Emulsifying machine type EM

This simple and well-proven emulsifying machine is for continuous production of mayonnaise, dressing and sauces. The oil drop size and the oil drop distribution are easily regulated by changing the shaft revolutions on the EM. The EM has a capacity range from 50 to 3,500 kg/hour depending on the oil content of the product.

Emulsifying system type ERS

The continuous GS system consists of an emulsifying machine type EG and a Visco Rotor type RL and has a capacity range of up to 15,000 kg/hour.
